5 May, 2015Vice Prime Minister of TRNC Serdar Denktaş pointed out that the Greek Cypriot leader Nikos Anastasiadis’s statement about cleaning the mines at the congress yesterday and he said that announcing of the location of mines which are laid down 40 years ago in the Five Finger Mountains is a crime against humanity. Denktaş also stated that this is not a confidence building approach instead it is a losing confidence approach.
On the other hand Denktaş mentioned about Minister of Foreign Affairs Özdil Nami who has been appointed as the Negotiator and he wished success to Özdil Nami and he emphasized that the manner of the Greek Cypriot side is not referring a new hope.
