15 September, 2015President Mustafa Akıncı received the US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland.
No statement was made at the Presidency after the meeting.
Later on, the US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland made a statement after her meeting with President Akıncı and said that the US would continue to support the peace process.
