3 December, 2015Greek Cypriot daily Simerini newspaper has launched a series of articles against the UN Secretary General’s Special Adviser on Cyprus, Espen Barth Eide accusing him of being biased.
In yesterday’s episode which is entitled “Eide and Security of the Republic of Cyprus, Connections of Norwegian Diplomat and their Effects on the Cyprus Problem”, the newspaper claimed that Eide should act according to impartiality principles in his duty as Secretary-General’s Special Adviser on Cyprus, however he exceeded his authority limits.
