28 January, 2016Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Tourism Faculty, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department will attend the 14th International Istanbul Gastronomy Festival which will be held in Istanbul between the dates of 11-14 February.
EMU will compete in the category of “The Best University of the Year.”
EMU Faculty of Tourism Vice Dean Prof. Dr. Hasan Kılıç indicated that EMU Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department will start institutional membership works for World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) within the festival.
