Tatar: “Every individual living in our country has all the rights of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights”

In his message regarding the 10th Universal Declaration of Human Rights Day, President Ersin Tatar emphasised that every individual living in North Cyprus has all the rights of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Noting that Turkish Cypriots know the importance of the concept of human rights due to the dreadful pain of recent history, President Ersin Tatar said, “I want to emphasise that every individual living in our country, whether our citizen or not, has all the rights of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which our state defends with strong determination.”
