4 May, 2021President Ersin Tatar congratulated Greek Cypriot Leader Nikos Anastasiades for Orthodox Easter.
According to the statement of the TRNC Presidency, President Ersin Tatar had a telephone conversation with the Greek Cypriot Leader Nikos Anastasiades and expressed “I wish to convey my most sincere and good wishes on this very special Orthodox Easter – or Pascha – which is one of the holiest periods of the Orthodox faith being celebrated by our Greek Cypriot neighbours and the Orthodox world. This holy season coincided with the last period of the Islamic month of Holy Ramadan this year and I wish that it brings with it peace, blessings and prosperity for all mankind.
May God grant happiness and enjoyment for all our friends of the Orthodox faith”.
