28 March, 2024The Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the terrorist attack targeting a concert hall in Moscow, the capital of Russia.
In the statement condemning the terrorist attack on the concert hall on the evening of 22 March, the TRNC Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated: “We condemn in the strongest terms all forms of violence and terrorist attacks against the civilian population all over the world, and we extend our heartfelt condolences and our wishes for a speed recovery to the people of Russia”.
