12 July, 2024The President of the Cyprus Balkans Eurasia Turkish Literature Association (KIBATEK), poet Metin Turan has been awarded the Changwon International Literary Award of South Korea.
Turan will receive a gold medal and a cash prize at the award ceremony to be held in Korea between 10-14 October 2024.
Turan will give a lecture entitled “Literature in Today’s World” at Hyupsung University and then share his poems by delivering an award speech at the Changwon International Literature Festival.
Turan’s lecture text and poems will be published as a book in Turkish, Korean and English.
