Alaminyo Martyrs commemorated

24 July, 202421 villagers of Tuzla who were killed by the Greek Cypriot armed forces between the years of 1956-1974 in the village of Tuzla were commemorated yesterday at the Tuzla Martyrdom.
The ceremony began with the laying of wreaths at the monument and continued with a minute’s silence and the National Anthem. The Mayor of Gazimağusa Süleyman Uluçay gave a speech at the commemoration.
