Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a message on the 30th. Anniversary of the Hocalı Massacre. It was noted “We wish God’s mercy to our Azerbaijani brothers who have lost their lives in the attacks in the city of Hocalı in Karabağ region of Azerbaijan, in front of the whole world 30 years ago, and we convey our sincere condolences to the people of Azerbaijan”.
