Stating that for the first time, both sides discuss in negotiations the issues where they can agree on, Ak\u0131nc\u0131 said that they are in an effort for harmonization the positions which can be accepted by the two sides. President Ak\u0131nc\u0131, also responded to speculations on property. During one of his reception yesterday, President Mustafa Ak\u0131nc\u0131 stated that the property right has been accepted all along and said it was reflected as something new, as a right to choose.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ecxMsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Furthermore, President Ak\u0131nc\u0131 stressed, \u201cThe individual has a right of the property right ownership so the Property Compensation Commission was established\u201d.
