{"id":139014,"date":"2015-10-05T12:08:52","date_gmt":"2015-10-05T09:08:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pio.mfa.gov.ct.tr\/tccc-proposed-public-private-partnership-for-water-management\/"},"modified":"2015-10-05T12:08:52","modified_gmt":"2015-10-05T09:08:52","slug":"tccc-proposed-public-private-partnership-for-water-management","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pio.mfa.gov.ct.tr\/en\/tccc-proposed-public-private-partnership-for-water-management\/","title":{"rendered":"TCCC proposed \u201cpublic-private partnership\u2019 for water management"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Commerce (TCCC) stated that discussions regarding management and running of water are continuing in a way that a political crisis can arise. \u00a0TCCC stated that the final form of water management should be composed with the communal involvement and statistical and scientific data.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stressing that management of the transfer of water by the public monopoly will be very expensive for the Turkish Cypriot community, TCCC indicated public-private partnership model.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">TCCC made a written statement and stated that discussions on the issue can give negative effect to the project and its gains. TCCC also stated their concerns about this issue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">TCCC made a call to the related sides to take responsibility to actualize political, economic and ecological gains of water. TCCC stressed \u201cWe wish the discussions to end in a short time.
