After he was reminded about the answer of the Turkish EU Minister and Chief Negotiator Volkan Bozk\u0131r regarding the law on free movement being blocked by Greek Cypriot Administration or not \u201cThere will be not be any Greek Cypriot administration until March\u201d, Ak\u0131nc\u0131 said: \u201cI can\u2019t give any date and I can\u2019t say March\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ecxMsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Ak\u0131nc\u0131 reiterated his belief that if there is a will and intention, the resolution will come within months, adding that he gave two promises before being elected as the President, one of his promises was \u201cto strain for a solution\u201d and the other one was \u201cto protect the rights of the Turkish citizens\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>President Mustafa Ak\u0131nc\u0131 and a number of journalists had a meeting at the weekend.
