{"id":139361,"date":"2015-12-22T12:15:40","date_gmt":"2015-12-22T10:15:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pio.mfa.gov.ct.tr\/no-informal-multi-lateral-conference-preparation\/"},"modified":"2015-12-22T12:15:40","modified_gmt":"2015-12-22T10:15:40","slug":"no-informal-multi-lateral-conference-preparation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pio.mfa.gov.ct.tr\/en\/no-informal-multi-lateral-conference-preparation\/","title":{"rendered":"No informal multi-lateral conference preparation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Presidential Spokesperson Bar\u0131\u015f Burcu said that there is no any preparation for an informal multi-lateral conference in Davos as alleged in the Greek Cypriot press.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Greek Cypriot press reported that the United Nations Secretary-General\u2019s Special Adviser on Cyprus Espen Barth Eide tries to bring the two sides together with the guarantor powers Turkey, Greece, and Great Britain informally in order to discuss the issue of guarantees during the World Economic Forum which will be held in Davos between January 20 and 23.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stating that Davos is an Economic Forum, Burcu said that there isn\u2019t any official information coming from Eide on the issue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the other hand; Burcu said that President Mustafa Ak\u0131nc\u0131 will go to Davos, in Switzerland in order to hold contacts within the framework of World Economic Forum at the end of January but the programme is not ready yet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Upon a question whether President Mustafa Ak\u0131nc\u0131 will hold high level contacts in Davos or not, Burcu said: \u201cWe want to hold high level contacts in every opportunity.
