The meeting will take place at the buffer zone.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ecxMsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The<\/span> <span lang=\"EN-GB\">Leaders had attended the last meeting on 13th February. After the last meeting, President Mustafa Ak\u0131nc\u0131 had stressed that there is no blockage in the talks and the difficult issues had been discussed.\u00a0 Ak\u0131nc\u0131 also emphasized that the negotiators will study harder to speed up the negotiation process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ecxMsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">President Ak\u0131nc\u0131 also had mentioned about the \u201cRotating Presidency&#8221; and he said that; &#8220;Our understanding on this issue is clear, but the Greek Cypriot side has some problems on this issue, as they say.\u00a0 Therefore, there is no agreement on this issue yet. But I think it is inevitable to reach an agreement.
