{"id":140035,"date":"2016-07-11T12:19:06","date_gmt":"2016-07-11T09:19:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pio.mfa.gov.ct.tr\/prime-minister-huseyin-ozgurgun-with-a-message-on-press-day\/"},"modified":"2016-07-11T12:19:06","modified_gmt":"2016-07-11T09:19:06","slug":"prime-minister-huseyin-ozgurgun-with-a-message-on-press-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pio.mfa.gov.ct.tr\/en\/prime-minister-huseyin-ozgurgun-with-a-message-on-press-day\/","title":{"rendered":"Prime Minister H\u00fcseyin \u00d6zg\u00fcrg\u00fcn with a message on Press Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Today, 11<sup>th<\/sup> July 2016, Prime Minister H\u00fcseyin \u00d6zg\u00fcrg\u00fcn issued a statement celebrating the Turkish Cypriot Press Day.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In his message, Prime Minister \u00d6zg\u00fcrg\u00fcn sent his kindest regards to all of those working in the media, especially members of the local press.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Press Day takes place on the same day that Saded, the first Turkish newspaper in Cyprus\u2019 history, celebrates its 127<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prime Minister \u00d6zg\u00fcrg\u00fcn highlighted that sacrifices made by the Turkish Cypriot press \u201ccannot be forgotten\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cTheir work has helped to develop the Turkish Cypriot media which we see today.
