{"id":140146,"date":"2016-08-25T14:50:48","date_gmt":"2016-08-25T11:50:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pio.mfa.gov.ct.tr\/burcu-negotiations-until-14-september-will-cover-new-issues\/"},"modified":"2016-08-25T14:50:48","modified_gmt":"2016-08-25T11:50:48","slug":"burcu-negotiations-until-14-september-will-cover-new-issues","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pio.mfa.gov.ct.tr\/en\/burcu-negotiations-until-14-september-will-cover-new-issues\/","title":{"rendered":"Burcu: \u201cNegotiations until 14 September will cover new issues\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Presidential Spokesperson Bar\u0131\u015f Burcu announced that during this stage of the intense negotiation process, which is scheduled to take place between 23 August and September 14 2016, President Mustafa Ak\u0131nc\u0131 and Greek Cypriot Leader Anastasiades will negotiate on some of the outstanding issues that haven\u2019t yet been agreed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In his written statement, Burcu noted that the Leaders will especially focus on outstanding issues in the first four chapters: \u00a0Governance and Power Sharing, EU, Economy and Property. \u00a0The last two chapters, namely Territory and Security and Guarantees, will only be discussed within the framework of brainstorming. Burcu added: \u201cIn our discussions on territory, names of locations, maps and figures\/percentages will continue not to be discussed\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As had previously been mentioned, the issues under Territory will be discussed in detail and at the final stage of the negotiations.
