The first Leaders\u2019 meeting following the tripartite meeting with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon in New York was held in the buffer zone at the building allocated for the negotiations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Turkish Cypriot side has called for the Territory issue to be discussed outside of Cyprus in a neutral location, in a similar format to the current camp negotiations.
