Ak\u0131nc\u0131 also said that sufficient time will be provided to the public to read and understand the text of any agreement.<br \/>\nBoth parties are aiming to minimize the number of divergent views on four chapters of the negotiations in October. Ak\u0131nc\u0131 stated that issues of territory should be discussed abroad in a similar format to the current camp negotiations. \u00a0The issues of security and guarantees can then be discussed at a multilateral meeting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to Ak\u0131nc\u0131, all parties are well aware of the importance of the timing of the negotiations.
