The Congress will be held in \u0130stanbul between 9-13 October, at the \u0130stanbul Congress Center (ICC) and the L\u00fctfi K\u0131rdar Congress Center (ICEC).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Economy and Energy Minister Sunat Atun will also attend the Congress, where he will meet with Turkey\u2019s Energy and Natural Resources Minister, Berat Albayrak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Under the theme of \u201cEmbracing New Frontiers\u201d, the Congress offers a unique opportunity for participants to better understand energy issues and solutions from a global perspective.
