The two leaders discussed the recent situation and agreed to resume the negotiations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to a statement given by the UN spokesperson, the leaders\u00a0have decided to immediately re-engage in their negotiations and have instructed their negotiators to continue meeting in order to achieve further progress on all outstanding issues interdependently.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Leaders have also agreed to meet as soon as possible with the aim of finding a comprehensive solution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The talks are expected to start in Geneva, Switzerland on January 9. The two sides will present their respective maps on January 11. The guarantor powers Greece, Turkey and the UK would thereafter join the conference from January 12.
