Open-ended negotiations cannot be effective and cannot continue forever.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In response to questions from journalists in Brussels after a meeting of NATO Foreign Ministers, \u00c7avu\u015fo\u011flu said that \u201cOn the back of recent negotiations held on the island, it was decided to resume the Cyprus talks.
