{"id":140400,"date":"2017-01-05T13:07:35","date_gmt":"2017-01-05T10:07:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pio.mfa.gov.ct.tr\/duncan-the-uk-fully-supports-the-settlement-process-and-is-ready-and-willing-to-help-in-any-way-it-can\/"},"modified":"2017-01-05T13:07:35","modified_gmt":"2017-01-05T10:07:35","slug":"duncan-the-uk-fully-supports-the-settlement-process-and-is-ready-and-willing-to-help-in-any-way-it-can","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pio.mfa.gov.ct.tr\/en\/duncan-the-uk-fully-supports-the-settlement-process-and-is-ready-and-willing-to-help-in-any-way-it-can\/","title":{"rendered":"Duncan: \u201cThe UK fully supports the settlement process and is ready and willing to help in any way it can\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On behalf of the United Kingdom, one of the guarantor countries, Alan Duncan, the British Minister of State for Europe and the Americas, stated that he hopes a solution is within reach and that the negotiations in Geneva will be a success.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe UK fully supports the settlement process and is ready and willing to help in any way it can\u201d he stated ahead of the meeting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Duncan organized a press conference before meeting with the Turkish Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator \u00d6mer \u00c7elik at the Ministry.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Duncan said that as part of his visit, he would be holding a series of meetings in support of the Cyprus negotiations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Duncan later met with Turkish Prime Minister Binali Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevl\u00fct \u00c7avu\u015fo\u011flu.
