It was the first time Ak\u0131nc\u0131 had met Anastasiades in 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ak\u0131nc\u0131 stated that they have decided to have a preliminary meeting in Geneva on Sunday night with Anastasiades, ahead of the meetings on Monday 9 January.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ak\u0131nc\u0131 said that they have confirmed the validity of the agreement reached on 1 December at yesterday\u2019s meeting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The President also said that there are 8-10 Chapters which should be resolved between 9 \u201311 January, while territorial adjustments and the map of Cyprus will be discussed between 11 \u2013 12 January. A five party conference with the guarantor powers will take place on 12 January.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">President Mustafa Ak\u0131nc\u0131 added that some of the Chapters under discussion may not be finalised by 12 January.
