Kaya will start her official contacts today.<\/p>\n<p>Minister Kaya will be received by President Mustafa Ak\u0131nc\u0131, Speaker of the Assembly Sibel Siber, Prime Minister H\u00fcseyin \u00d6zg\u00fcrg\u00fcn and Minister of Labour and Social Security Hamza Ersan Saner respectively.
