So long as there is no concrete and rational solution, Turkey has to be effective. We will not allow unilateral drilling,\u201d said Minister Albayrak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Albayrak stated that the Greek Cypriot side is carrying out unilateral diplomacy in the region.
