Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Kudret \u00d6zersay delivered the opening lecture of the forum.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">In his speech, \u00d6zersay discussed the Cyprus issue and the 50-year long negotiation process.
