{"id":141387,"date":"2018-09-07T10:14:04","date_gmt":"2018-09-07T07:14:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pio.mfa.gov.ct.tr\/burcu-it-is-unacceptable-that-the-dutch-and-french-foreign-ministers-did-not-meet-with-the-turkish-cypriot-side\/"},"modified":"2018-09-07T10:14:04","modified_gmt":"2018-09-07T07:14:04","slug":"burcu-it-is-unacceptable-that-the-dutch-and-french-foreign-ministers-did-not-meet-with-the-turkish-cypriot-side","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pio.mfa.gov.ct.tr\/en\/burcu-it-is-unacceptable-that-the-dutch-and-french-foreign-ministers-did-not-meet-with-the-turkish-cypriot-side\/","title":{"rendered":"Burcu: &#8220;It is unacceptable that the Dutch and French Foreign Ministers did not meet with the Turkish Cypriot side&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Presidential Spokesman Bar\u0131\u015f Burcu criticised the Dutch and French Foreign Ministers who have refused to meet with the Turkish Cypriot side during their latest visit to the island.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In his statement, Burcu said: &#8220;The refusal of the Dutch and French Foreign Ministers to meet with Turkish Cypriot officials after bowing down to the Greek Cypriot side\u2019s pressure is unacceptable, particularly at a time when the UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres was assessing the future of the Cyprus problem as well as the UN peacekeeping force on the island.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe Netherlands and France are not just two ordinary countries. They are both important members of the EU.
