We express that at each platform\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6zersay made statements about foreign policy at the General Council of the Republican Assembly. \u00d6zersay said that as well as the dialogue process which is trying to be shaped by the United Nations, an unofficial dialogue process is also continuing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adding that new views have been expressed in the UN report, \u00d6zersay said that he shared his views about a loose federation and stressed that the stage reached in the 50 year long Cyprus negotiations is not pleasant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stating that they do not have any intention to create a conflict in the region, \u00d6zersay said \u201cWe are working to cool the waters not to heat them\u201d.
