{"id":141519,"date":"2018-11-13T13:32:00","date_gmt":"2018-11-13T10:32:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pio.mfa.gov.ct.tr\/ozersay-greek-cypriot-side-discriminates-regarding-border-crossings\/"},"modified":"2018-11-13T13:32:00","modified_gmt":"2018-11-13T10:32:00","slug":"ozersay-greek-cypriot-side-discriminates-regarding-border-crossings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pio.mfa.gov.ct.tr\/en\/ozersay-greek-cypriot-side-discriminates-regarding-border-crossings\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00d6zersay: \u201cGreek Cypriot side discriminates regarding border crossings\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Kudret \u00d6zersay said that the opening of Derinya and Apl\u0131\u00e7 gates is a positive development but there are some other issues which should receive attention.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Attending the \u2018G\u00fcndem Art\u0131 Programme\u2019 on BRT by telephone, \u00d6zersay evaluated the opening of the Derinya and Apl\u0131\u00e7 gates and replied to the questions. \u00d6zersay stressed that all ministries associated with the issue had spent great effort for the opening of Derinya and Apl\u0131\u00e7 gates.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe fact that the border crossings opened up simultaneously pleases us\u201d \u00d6zersay added. Stating that they will also support the opening of other gates when the conditions are suitable, \u00d6zersay said that we as the Turkish Cypriot side called the Greek Cypriot side a few times previously regarding the issue but we have not received any response from the Greek Cypriot side.
