Initially we should set the parameters such as what we will negotiate and what the terms will be\u2019. In addition the Turkish Minister underlined that the attitude of Turkey is clear on the hydrocarbon issue and said that the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus has invited them and they will start explorations in the Exclusive Economic Zone and said \u2018we now have research vessels and perform drilling.
