The first ceremony was organized at Dr. Faz\u0131l K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u2019s mausoleum at An\u0131ttepe at 10:27 today. The ceremony started with President Mustafa Ak\u0131nc\u0131\u2019s laying the wreath on the mausoleum. The flag was lowered to half-mast.
