Aksoy added that they expressed this view at every opportunity they found.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In his press conference, Aksoy evaluated the developments on the Cyprus problem. Aksoy said \u201cWithin this context, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevl\u00fct \u00c7avu\u015fo\u011flu received the UN Secretary General\u2019s Special Temporary Envoy Jane Holl Lute twice and he told Lute that the Cyprus problem can only be solved with a settlement that takes the realities on the island as a basis and which includes achievable goals\u201d. The Spokesman stressed \u201cWe do not start to negotiate to just talk.
