{"id":141932,"date":"2019-09-02T09:45:13","date_gmt":"2019-09-02T06:45:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pio.mfa.gov.ct.tr\/akinci-met-with-lute-2\/"},"modified":"2019-09-02T09:45:13","modified_gmt":"2019-09-02T06:45:13","slug":"akinci-met-with-lute-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pio.mfa.gov.ct.tr\/en\/akinci-met-with-lute-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Ak\u0131nc\u0131 met with Lute"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">President Mustafa Ak\u0131nc\u0131 met with the UN Special Envoy to Cyprus Jane Holl Lute yesterday (1st September)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In his written statement following the meeting of President Mustafa Ak\u0131nc\u0131 and Lute, the Presidential Spokesman Bar\u0131\u015f Burcu stated that they had a long and fruitful meeting yesterday and he also added that at the meeting Ak\u0131nc\u0131 expressed in detail the stance of the Turkish Cypriot side which is very clear on the issues they have been focusing on for a long time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Burcu said that Lute tries to complete the work on the terms of reference that the UN Secretary-General expects and he added that in this context Lute conveyed her wish to meet again with\u00a0 President Ak\u0131nc\u0131 today.
