Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131ktan verilen bilgiye g\u00f6re, festivalde konu\u015fma yapan Ba\u015fbakan \u00dcstel, Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcrk Cumhuriyeti olarak her zaman \u201cvatanda\u015f\u201d odakl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcklerini belirterek, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ya\u015fayan K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 T\u00fcrklere seslendi.<\/p>\n
