Dr. Faz\u0131l K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck, the Leader of the struggle for existence and freedom was remembered with ceremonies on the 41 anniversary of his death. President Ersin Tatar along with other officials and family members attended the ceremony.<\/p>\n
President Tatar made a speech at the ceremony and emphasized that Dr Faz\u0131l K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck gave hope to the Turkish Cypriot people with his determination, bravery, and leadership during a time when they felt hopeless.<\/p>\n
Tatar further noted that Dr. Faz\u0131l K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck and his wife provided guidance to the Turkish Cypriots during a period when they were forced to leave their communities and live under difficult conditions.<\/p>\n
Reminding that Dr. Faz\u0131l K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck was alongside the founding President Rauf Raif Denkta\u015f when the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) was declared on November 15, 1983, President Tatar highlighted that Dr. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck will forever hold\u00a0 a place in history as a symbol of the Turkish Cypriot people\u2019s struggle.<\/p>\n
