The visiting delegation included \u015eamil Ayr\u0131m T\u00fcrkiye\u2013Azerbaijan Parliamentary Friendship Group Chair, Ehliman Emiraslanov, Azerbaijan\u2013T\u00fcrkiye Parliamentary Friendship Group Chair, Cavan\u015fir Feyziyev, Azerbaijan\u2013TRNC Parliamentary Friendship Group Chair, Resmiye Ero\u011flu Canaltay TRNC\u2013T\u00fcrkiye Parliamentary Friendship Group Chair, and Orhan Erdem, T\u00fcrkiye\u2013TRNC Parliamentary Friendship Group Chair.<\/p>\n

In his speech, President Ersin Tatar highlighted the concerted efforts to strengthen and promote the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), underlining the crucial support provided by the Republic of T\u00fcrkiye and Azerbaijan in this endeavor.<\/p>\n

He stressed that the Turkish Cypriot people must exercise their right to determine their own future, reiterating that the Republic of T\u00fcrkiye and President Tayyip Erdo\u011fan have always stood by their side in this struggle.<\/p>\n

Recalling the TRNC\u2019s observer status at the Organisation of Turkic States, Tatar noted that full membership would be the next step.<\/p>\n

Speaking during the visit, Ehliman Emiraslanov announced that the next meeting of the friendship groups would be held in Azerbaijan and affirmed their commitment to further strengthing the TRNC\u2019s position within the Turkic world, enhancing inter-parliamentary relations, and reinforcing solidarity among Turkic states.<\/p>\n
