The delegation, comprising Behcet \u00c7elebi, Head of the Higher Education and Foreign Relations Department; Prof. Dr. Aykut Hocan, President of the Higher Education Planning, Accreditation and Coordination Council (Y\u00d6DAK); and Tahir Osman Tahir, the TRNC Representative to Bishkek, held talks with Dr. Mustafa Giritlio\u011flu, Vice-Rector of the Akhmet Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, Dr. Giritlio\u011flu briefed the delegation on the university\u2019s academic activities.
