He noted that migrants and refugees often face barriers to accessing adequate healthcare services, including language barriers and limited access to information.<\/p>\n<p>Emphasising the need to pay particular attention to women, girls and unaccompanied children, Ta\u00e7oy said that many individuals within these groups had been subjected to violence, exploitation, human trafficking or severe trauma. He stressed that ensuring their timely access to healthcare is both a legal and a moral responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>Ta\u00e7oy also described migration as a global reality that poses challenges for all societies and requires a shared sense of responsibility.
