{"id":154030,"date":"2026-09-18T11:06:24","date_gmt":"2026-09-18T08:06:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pio.mfa.gov.ct.tr\/?p=154030"},"modified":"2026-09-18T11:06:24","modified_gmt":"2026-09-18T08:06:24","slug":"undersecretary-aga-attends-5th-meeting-of-secretaries-of-security-council-of-ots-member-states-in-baku","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pio.mfa.gov.ct.tr\/en\/undersecretary-aga-attends-5th-meeting-of-secretaries-of-security-council-of-ots-member-states-in-baku\/","title":{"rendered":"Undersecretary A\u011fa attends 5th Meeting of Secretaries of Security Council of OTS Member States in Baku"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The 5th Meeting of the Secretaries of the Security Councils of the Member States of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) was held in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n<p>Organized under the auspices of Ramil Usubov, Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan, at the Heydar Aliyev Center, the meeting was attended by Viktor Makhmudov, Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Adilet Orozbekov, Secretary of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic; Aida Balaeva, Deputy Chairperson of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Mehmet A\u011fa, Undersecretary of the State Planning Organization (SPO) of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the OTS.
