One of the doctors of Near East University Hospital, Ülvan Özad was granted Young Researcher Award in Dubai.

Özad attended the 11th International Healthcare and Biological Research Conference that was held in Dubai with the project of injecting “artificial circulation system” into chickens without using living experimental animals.

By the MicroNEU method which was designed by Ülvan Özad and was developed by the three-dimensional printers in Near East University Innovation Centre, using living experimental animals at microsurgery will not be necessary and this will reduce the price of synthetic microsurgery models approximately 50 times.

The scientific article related to the Award will be published in the academic journal named International Journal of Health and Life Sciences in the coming days.
