18 April, 2019The 21st International 23rd April Children’s Festival organised by the Department of Elementary Education of the TRNC Ministry of National Education and Culture will start today (18th April). As well as the TRNC, there will be 9 guest groups from 8 countries – Turkey, UK, Finland, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Macedonia, Poland and Russia attending the festival.
