Five Turkish Cypriots who were killed in the Perekluşa region in Limassol in 1974 will be buried at the Mağusa Canbulat mausoleum in a military ceremony on Thursday 25 August.

According to the statement given by the Gazimağusa district office and the Association of Martyrs Families and War Veterans, a funeral prayer will be performed at Lala Mustafa Pasha Mosque for five missing martyrs – Turgut Ahmet, Hüseyin Ahmet, Hasan Hüseyin, Turgut Hüseyin – who went missing on 14 August 1974 and who were identified as a result of the Committee on Missing Persons’ investigations.
