“The main problem is economic crisis” 

In a survey conducted in South Cyprus for the Greek Cypriot political party AKEL, 66.7% of Greek Cypriots stated that the main problem in the country is noted by the Greek Cypriot daily Fileleftheros as the ‘economic crisis.’

The newspaper noted that 44.1% of the Greek Cypriots stated that the second main problem is the Cyprus problem and the other issues are; 33.7% said unemployment, 16% said health, 12% said retirement-insurance system, 7.7% said national security, 7.5% said education, 6.3% said immigration, 1.1% said corruption, 3.1% said other issues, 6.1% said no problem. 

According to the news, replying the question whether the policy of leader of Greek Cypriot administration Nikos Anatasiadis towards the Cyprus problem is right or wrong, 65.2% of the voters of AKEL stated that it is right, 23.5% stated that it is wrong and 11.3% replied as “I do not know.”

 In reply to the same question, 79% of DISI voters stated that it is right, 13.5 % stated that it is wrong and 7.5% replied as “I do not know”, 40% of the voters of DIKO stated that it is right, 49.5 % stated that it is wrong and 7.5% replied as “I do not know”,  34.2% of EDEK voters stated that it is right, 54.4 % stated that it is wrong and 11% replied as “I do not know”.
