28 January, 2016Interior and Labour Minister Asım Akansoy announced that the tender of the UNDP project has been concluded regarding the opening of the border gates of Derinya and Aplıç and the European Commission released 2.1 million Euros for the project financing.
Minister Akansoy also said that the resources which were allocated by the European Commission will be used through the UNDP within the framework of the Crossing Gates Committee studies at the Derinya and Lefke / Aplıç border gates.
