President Mustafa Akıncı will travel to Istanbul this evening to attend a conference jointly organized by the Turkish Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges and the Economic Development Foundation.

President Mustafa Akıncı will address business leaders in Turkey during his keynote speech on Thursday. Akıncı will evaluate the latest developments following negotiations with the Greek Cypriot side in Crans-Montana.

President Akıncı will return to the island on Thursday evening.

Separately, President Akıncı bade farewell to Slovakia’s Ambassador to Nicosia, Oksana Tomova, who is departing the island after reaching the end of her term in office.
