Republican Turkish Party (CTP) Deputy Armağan Candan, representing the TRNC Assembly, attended the meetings of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Committee on Political Affairs and Democracy, Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights, Committee on Culture, Science, Education and Media and Committee on Equality and Non-Discrimination held in Paris between 20-24 March 2023.
