2 April, 2019The conference named ‘Cyprus Issue: Past, Present and the Vision for the Future’ started at the Near East University (NEU) yesterday (1st April) in order to discuss alternative models for a solution to the Cyprus Problem.
More than 50 academicians, diplomats, politicians, researchers and experts from Cyprus, Turkey and various countries in the world participated in the conference.
Participants will discuss the hydrocarbon resources in the Eastern Mediterranean and accordingly the recently rising competition in the energy issue in addition to the alternative models for a solution to the Cyprus problem.
