18 April, 2019Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Kudret Özersay sent a letter to the French Foreign Minister regarding the fire which broke out at Notre Dame Cathedral last night (15th April) and has caused much destruction.
In his letter, expressing his deep sorrow for the fire which has severely damaged one of the most important symbols of the history and worship places of millions of people in the world, Özersay conveyed support and solidarity for France on behalf of the TRNC government.
