Turkish Cypriot scientist Azad Emin was awarded the prize of “Young Scientist of the Year” by the International Academy of Food Science and Technology.
Researcher Azad Emin received his award in a ceremony following his presentation at the 18th Food Congress, which was held in Dublin.
The Academy gives this award every second year to seven researchers in the world who have shown outstanding achievement in the field of food science and technology.
